Purpose: The purpose of the guide is to show how to resolve issues encountered with Microsoft Office Applications by re-installing. Some examples are "Word is not working", "One Drive is not syncing" etc.

Prerequisites

Go to the Office Portal: https://portal.office.com/account and log in with your district email address if prompted.

Navigate to Apps & Devices: From the left navigation menu, select "Apps & Devices."

Install Office: Click on the "Install Office" button.

Download and Install: A file will start downloading. Once the download is complete, open the file and follow the installation instructions to reinstall all Office apps.
