What Is It?
These Services provide options for users to report problems or request for services related to WIFI or NETWORK such as:
- I Need Help With WIFI/NETWORK/INTERNET: Report issues with WIFI/NETWORK/INTERNET for you, your classrooms, or your school/site
- I Want To Request New Network Drop Or WIFI Coverage: Request new network drops or WIFI coverage such as new computer lab, classrooms, etc.
- I Want to Request WIFI For Event: Request a specific WIFI name if you have an event at your schools (ie. Rental, PAC night)
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
All Staff, approvals are needed if there are costs associated
Where Can I Get It?
WIFI and Network Support service is rendered either remotely, on site, or with collaboration with the maintenance department
How Do I Use It?
You can place a ticket to request a service or report a problem on the Client Portal
How Much Does It Cost?
Problem and troubleshooting is generally free while additional services such as new network runs or additional Wifi coverage may come with costs and require approval from the school Administrator or the IT Manager
