Guest or Vendor Account Access Request

What Is It?

Use this service request if you are sponsoring a guest/vendor/contractor to have access to district resources such as:

  1. Email
  2. Computer
  3. WIFI
  4. Data

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

District Directors, Managers and School Administrators can submit this service request, which is subjected to approvals from IT Managers

What Information Do I Need?

You will need to provide the following information in the ticket details:

  1. The reason for the guest/vendor/contractor account and access
  2. The name and contact info of the guest/vendor/contractor (email, phone number) and the company
  3. The duration of the guest account
  4. The resources that the guest/vendor/contractor would need:
    1. District Email
    2. Computer access
    3. WIFI
    4. VPN
    5. Specific Data
    6. Other resources not listed

How Do I Use It?

Once your request has been approved, IT will reach out to the guest/vendor/contractor to provide steps to access the resources.
