Use this service request if you are sponsoring a guest/vendor/contractor to have access to district resources such as:
- Email
- Computer
- WIFI
- Data
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
District Directors, Managers and School Administrators can submit this service request, which is subjected to approvals from IT Managers
What Information Do I Need?
You will need to provide the following information in the ticket details:
- The reason for the guest/vendor/contractor account and access
- The name and contact info of the guest/vendor/contractor (email, phone number) and the company
- The duration of the guest account
- The resources that the guest/vendor/contractor would need:
- District Email
- Computer access
- WIFI
- VPN
- Specific Data
- Other resources not listed
How Do I Use It?
Once your request has been approved, IT will reach out to the guest/vendor/contractor to provide steps to access the resources.
