What Is It?

This service provide several offerings to support your printing needs. You can choose several offering to address:

  1. Unable to print
  2. Add a printer/copier on a computer
  3. Add printing credit

How Do I Use It?

You can place a service request if your printing issue is not related to physical printer/copier problem. If there are error indicators (Red lights) on the device, it is recommended that you would ask your school administrative assistance to put in a ticket with Ricoh first.

IT will either reach out to you via phone/email to help. If we are unable to assist you we will schedule to come out and work with you on site. Please make sure to provide contact information an availability for the technician.
