Teams Phone - How to add contacts to Favorites from recent calls on Polycom phone

Purpose: This article explains the steps to add a recently called contact to favorites .

Audience: This article is for teams phone users

Estimated time to complete: 5-10 minutes

• You should have a teams phone assigned.

Step 1: Accessing Recent calls menu and adding to Favorites

• On your teams phone, click on "Calls" icon.
• 
  Click on Recent Calls.
• Click on information icon next to recent call entry.

• On the information menu, Click on "Add to speed dial" option.
• 

Step 2: Viewing Favorites.

• On the phone screen, click on home button on top left.
• Click on Calls button.
• Click on Favorites.

The new Favorite will show on the list.
 

You can only add a contact to favorites from recent calls list.
