MyEdBC Report Viewing Issue

Purpose: Assist in troubleshooting the most common report viewing issue for MyEdBC.

You need a MyEdBC Account with Langley School District. You need to have the roles and schools required for your position within the district.

It is recommended that all users use Chrome to login to MyEdBC, as Chrome tends to integrate with MyEdBC better.

Disable Pop-Up Blocker

Step 1: 

• Open Chrome and click the three dots (more) in the top right corner

Step 2: 

• Select "Settings"

Step 3: 

• Select "Privacy and security"

Step 4: 

• Select "Site settings"

Step 5: 

• Scroll to the bottom of the page. Select "Pop-ups and redirects"

Step 6: 

• Select "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects

• Reports will not show if you have pop-up's blocked in MyEd. This is the first step for troubleshooting.

The first step for troubleshooting report viewing issues is to disable pop-up blockers for MyEdBC. Once you have completed the steps above, try and run your reports again. If you still cannot view the reports that you need, please submit a service request for assistance here: MyEdBC General Request
