MyEdBC Report Viewing Issue

Overview

Purpose: Assist in troubleshooting the most common report viewing issue for MyEdBC.

Prerequisites

You need a MyEdBC Account with Langley School District. You need to have the roles and schools required for your position within the district.

Step-by-step Instructions

It is recommended that all users use Chrome to login to MyEdBC, as Chrome tends to integrate with MyEdBC better.

Disable Pop-Up Blocker

Step 1: 

  • Open Chrome and click the three dots (more) in the top right corner

Step 2: 

  • Select "Settings"

Step 3: 

  • Select "Privacy and security"

Step 4: 

  • Select "Site settings"

Step 5: 

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page. Select "Pop-ups and redirects"

Step 6: 

  • Select "Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects

Troubleshooting
  • Reports will not show if you have pop-up's blocked in MyEd. This is the first step for troubleshooting.
