Step-by-step Instructions

Step 1: Access Microsoft Outlook

  • Open Microsoft Outlook on your device. The built-in report button is available across various platforms including Outlook on the web, new Outlook for Windows, classic Outlook for Windows, Outlook for Mac, Outlook for Android, and Outlook for iOS.
