Prerequisites
AirParrot installed on your computer. If you don't have AirParrot, please create a ticket and have it installed by the IT Department.
Step-by-step Instructions
Using AirParrot.
Step 1: Connect to a Receiver
- Find the AirParrot 3 icon on your desktop and click to launch AirParrot 3.

- After you launch AirParrot3, in the menu that appears, find the device you’d like to connect to in the TO section of the menu can click it to make a connection

- Choose what you want to display (e.g., entire screen, specific application, media file).
Step 3: Adjust Settings
- Use the settings menu to adjust resolution, audio output, and other preferences.
- Click the pause button to freeze the screen on the receiver or the power button to disconnect.
Using Quick Connect : If you cannot find your Apple TV in the list, use Quick Connect. Find the IP address of the Apple TV and enter it.
Step 1: Find the Quick Connect box in the AirParrot menu.

Step 2: Enter your Apple TV's IP address into the Quick Connect box in the AirParrot menu to establish a connection manually.

Go to the Home Screen: Start by navigating to the home screen on your Apple TV.

Open Settings: Select the Settings icon.

Select Network: In the Settings menu, choose the Network tab.

Choose Wi-Fi or Ethernet: Depending on your connection type, select either Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

Find Your IP Address: Once you're in the Network settings, you will see your IP address listed under the Status section.

Enter the IP Address: Enter this IP address value into the Quick Connect box on your device.
