Step 1: Access Password Portal

  • Access password portal: https://password.sd35.bc.ca
     
     
  • Click Password Reset button, you will get Password Reset Policies screen like following:

     
  • Default option is Student Claim Policy, change it to Staff Claim Policy.
     
  • Click Next button to fill claim form.

Step 2: Fill Reset Form

  • Enter your correct information (all fields are mandatory), then click Next.

     
  • Enter your new password twice and click Next.

Step 3: Complete Pre-defined Questions

  • You may get a screen like below, depending on if you finished your pre-defined questions.

     
  • If you haven’t finished your pre-defined questions, you may complete them now.


Step 4: Completion

  • Congratulations! Now you completed your password reset. You may login with your new credential for further options.
