Overview
Purpose: If a sim swap is required on your iPhone then we need the EID number in order to complete the process
Audience: District staff with iPhones
Estimated time to complete: 5 - 10 minutes
Step-by-step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Settings app and then tap on General
Step 2: Tap on About
Step 3: Scroll down to EID then tap and hold until menu shows up
Step 4: Tap on Barcode
Step 5: This will display the EID number and a barcode
Step 6: Take a screenshot by pressing the Side button and Volume Up at the same time
Step 5: Create a new email addressed to KHowe@sd35.bc.ca with your ticket number in the subject, then paste the screenshot in the email.
