How to set up print finishing on Xerox printer for Mac

Purpose: To help set up print finishing in order to have the ability for hole punching, stapling, and paper type on Macbook Laptops

Audience: SD35 Staff

Estimated time to complete: 5 minutes
 

• District Macbook Laptop

• Be connected to district network

Step 1: Install the correct printer from PaperCut Print Deploy App

• How to use the PaperCut Print Deploy Client on a Mac

Step 2: Open Print module by File > print or Command + P

• Under Printer Options, click Xerox Features
  

Step 3: Select the desired paper type and print finishing settings

Step 4: Click OK

• What should I do if no printers appear in the PaperCut Print Deploy Client?

  • Ensure you're connected to the correct network.

  • Restart the client or your device.

  • Contact your IT administrator to verify your account permissions.
