Purpose: This guide explains how to use the PaperCut Print Deploy Client on Windows.
Audience: This guide is for users needing to install and manage printers using PaperCut Print Deploy on Windows.

Step-by-step Instructions
Follow these steps to use the PaperCut Print Deploy Client on Windows:
- Open the PaperCut Print Deploy Client, located in the taskbar system tray (Ʌ icon in the bottom right corner of the desktop).
Click on the green printer icon and select “View My Printers”.


- If requested, sign in using your employee number and email password.

- In the panel on the left side, two options will be displayed:
- My Printers: Shows the printers that were automatically installed as well as those previously installed by the user. Staff-Follow-Me is installed by default.

- Add Printers: Displays the printers available for installation, and the printers for your current location will automatically appear.

- To install a specific printer, click on the install button, and the printer will be automatically installed on your computer. If you know the printer’s name, you may search for it in the top right corner of the window.

Troubleshooting
- Issue: Unable to install a printer.
Solution: Ensure you are connected to the network and have the necessary permissions. If the issue persists, contact IT support for assistance.
- Issue: Printer not appearing in the list.
Solution: Verify that the printer is available for your location. If you still cannot find it, try searching for the printer’s name or contact IT support.
