How to Reset an iPad (Factory Reset)

Follow these steps to reset your iPad to factory settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPad.

  5. Tap Continue, and then Erase iPad to start the reset process.

  6. The iPad will restart and begin erasing all data. Once completed, it will return to the initial setup screen.
